Although I felt somehow apprehensive about going as I had never been to a spiritual retreat for a whole weekend in my life, something inside me said “Gemma, you must go! Just organize yourself and go!”. I am so proud to have gone! It was such a great personal experience. Life stopped. On the boat from Ibiza to Formentera my heart was telling me I was just where I had to be, with whom I had to be. I learnt so much about myself, my emotions, my being, my moment, my future and my potential!… Certain moments on this magical island of Formentera will stay in my heart and mind for the rest of my life!

And here I am… Proudly following the steps that Formentera and Laura whispered in my ear during that super magic weekend in Formentera. Thank you Laura for such a great experience! Thank you Formentera for all the good vibes and beauty you gave me!

Before the retreats in Formentera with Laura, I already had a strong connection with the island as I had been spending my summers there for years. However, that connection was an attraction that I couldn’t explain further than an appreciation of her beauty. I had already done my own rituals there and tried to intuitively connect with the island without knowing why. It was a similar connection to that of a new born with her mother: there is love and need to be close to her but you cannot grasp the wide idea of who your mother really is and the effects she will have on you and your life.

Now after the retreats, for me the island is a Lady, the Femininity at all its levels: motherly to give you her love but also her lessons. As a mother she will always tell you the truth even when it might hurt you but she does so because she loves you, in order to allow the best version of you to come to surface. All of this knowledge was already in me before the retreats but I had not got it to the new level of consciousness that I developed during the retreats with Laura and Monica.

The island has taught me to listen to her messages and to get rid of different levels of darkness that were present in my life and that were preventing me from allowing wonderful things to enter into my life. I also became aware of the sacred power place that the island is for the planet and the responsibility to respect it and honor it while she helps us.

I was also very fortunate to enjoy several individual retreats with Laura on the island, where I could go over my childhood and adolescence in a process of healing very deep wounds while there was always a certain level of sense of humor and fun that helped me watch the process from a different perspective. My life has taken a turn in many respects and the relationship with myself as a woman has changed, towards a relationship of greater awareness, higher self-respect and self-assurance. My commitment with the island remains ever since and my relationship with Formentera is of mutual love and deep gratitude for all the process experienced. It keeps and will always show me the truth that I need to see in every moment. Thanks Laura. Thank you Formentera.

I have known Laura and her spiritual work for many years and all through these years, I have been honored to be accompanied both at an individual level and by attending two of her retreats in the spectacular island of Formentera. The days of the Formentera retreat were few but very intense for all of us. Laura taught us new techniques of spiritual healing, we received initiations in magical locations, we did meditations on the beach, including one at night with the full moon, we lived amazing channellings, and so on… And it was all done from Laura’s vision with that mix of spirituality connected to the earthly consciousness in such a way that made her teachings so natural helping us see that both spiritual and earthly approaches are aspects to develop in life with the same level of importance. This is something to appreciate since it created a very clear feeling of being able to use those techniques them in my daily life.

We all lived shocking moments: we even lived a spontaneous constellation that had not been programmed!!! The things that happened there were amazing: there were tears, deep healing of the soul, laughter, hugs, releasing anger… all to a very deep level and without following any agenda. It is difficult for me to put words to it. Only those of us being there can remember what it meant. I had never lived situations of this level before. It was our soul that knew it was our time to heal certain wounds and that it had to happen that way, being all of us together. This is the magic of the retreats and the island. Laura could have a plan of activities and work to be done during that day, but the island asked her to change it constantly and program new activities… so that nobody could run away from what her soul needed to do !!!!

Another aspect that I love is that Laura, as a good “master”, teaches you and shares with you everything she has learnt throughout her life, everything she has experienced and worked before. This is something to appreciate since she helps you become a stronger Woman inside with higher self-confidence. This is what I felt, specially at the second spiritual retreat. I was lucky enough to do one just for myself!!! You  may guess the things that I lived!! Disconnected from my routine for a few days, it was easier to allow my consciousness guide me to what the island was asking me to do. I had so much to let go, specially that level of stiffness that doesn’t allow you to create anything new in life. Laura showed me to release that and she was even tough with me at times. And i highly appreciate it because it was all with a great dosis of love.

From my personal opinion, I encourage all those who are considering to attend any of her retreats, since you are going to appreciate it enormously and you will see the changes that you will experience later on. If you are considering this, it is because your soul is asking you to do so and who knows… we might meet at the next retreat!!

I personally felt this retreat as a different way of seeing and experiencing myself, going deeper in my knowledge about myself from other points of view unseen to me until then. I could clearly see that only taking full responsibility as a woman and as a mother here and now could I help my children and the children of my children. It also helped me get rid of my shames about my body and heal the guilt of the past. It was also very useful to learn how to clean the negative energies that occupied my body and energy. And I experienced a different way of nurturing my physical body.

All of this was wonderful but It was also beautiful to feel embraced and supported by other women with whom you shared a part of your story… And all of this inspired by an extraordinary host and surrounded by a landscape of unmatched beauty and amazing blue waters and with the incredible island’s female energy. It was one of the best gifts I could give to my soul… Thank you Laura!

For me the retreat in Formentera meant a new starting point from which a firm feeling of feminine personality came to surface without having a previous idea or feeling that it existed within me. This new firm feeling of femininity gave a new value to who I am as opposed to pleasing the need of approval or co-dependency from other people in any sense.

I discovered the ability we have to connect with the universe and how to give and take in order to heal and how important it is to do so among women. I would like to thank all the Women that shared that experience during our stay in Formentera for all that I learnt and shared with them. My special thanks to Laura for giving me this opportunity. Sending much light to all of you!

For me the retreat in Formentera was something out of time and space. It was a process where I felt accompanied with a lot of love and respect. It was a deeply felt experience which was shared from my essence, feeling respected, loved and accompanied by the whole group and specially by Laura. To sum up, it was a magic expericence. The retreat in Formentera has been a special vital experience to me and the beginning of a path of self-knowledge and internal transformation. I did very much enjoy the experience and also the fact that we were only Women. I lived an inexplicable atmosphere of help, tenderness, understanding… that happened in a very natural way.

Laura guided the group but at the same time you could feel assisted and helped in a very personal way when in front of your own individual blockages, using great dosis of patience and tenderness. With her, you can open a door to the unseen, it simply happens. Thank you very much Laura!

The experience lived with Laura in Formentera was wonderful. We felt our feminine empowerment coming from the feminine power models and the sharing among all of us. Ever since, I integrated a strength as if coming from an ancient time and which has allowed me to shine in all my expansion, from me and from the group. A whole process of explosion of my femininity has progressively developed in a natural way. Thanks Laura.
